Streamline your email workflow. Import an Excel file, configure SMTP settings, and automatically send personalized PDFs to your recipients.

SMTP Configuration
Enter your SMTP server details to send emails. Settings are saved in your browser's local storage.

The name recipients will see as the sender.

The email address recipients will see.

Username for SMTP server authentication.

Password for SMTP server authentication.

Recommended for most SMTP servers (e.g., port 465 for SSL/TLS, port 587 for STARTTLS).

Customize Email Content
Define the subject, body, and Call-to-Action (CTA) button for your emails. The CTA button will link to the PDF URL from the Excel file.

This is the main content of your email. You can use {firstName} as a placeholder for the recipient's first name (e.g., 'Dear {firstName},'). It will be replaced with "Valued Recipient" if no first name is found. The CTA button will be added below this.

Configure Report Recipients
Enter email addresses (comma-separated or one per line) to receive a summary report after each email sending task.

These addresses will receive a summary of the email sending operation.

Import Data
Upload an Excel file (.xlsx or .xls) with recipient emails and PDF URLs. PDFs will be linked in the email via a Call-to-Action button.
